Which controllers does Remote Connect support?
Remote Connect works with Copeland (formerly Emerson) E2 and E3, Danfoss and Micro Thermo refrigeration controllers. Firmware and store networking matter too, so we confirm each store before rollout.
How is remote access secured?
Every user signs in to Kalder with their own account, and the remote access gateway checks which stores that account is allowed to reach. Your IT team can review the network architecture and permissions during evaluation.
Can our refrigeration contractor use it?
Yes. Contractors can be given their own accounts for the stores they service, so you don’t need to share controller passwords or open store networks.
